You can also write short reviews about web sites and products that are related to your own site. Or you can hire a writer to do the dirty job for you.

The quickest and easiest way to add content to your site is to use content that already exists. Very important: avoid copyright infringement. If you like getting sued, then go ahead and put someone else’s material on your site.

Cataweb Online’s simple guide to on- and off-page SEO

When we talk about on-page SEO, we mean that portion of SEO that is performed on the web page itself. On-page SEO generally deals with such areas as title optimization, keyword usage, descriptions and contents. You should organize or optimize these aspects in such a way that when the search engines read the source code of the page, they will automatically assume that your web page has what the keyword emphasized.

Off-page SEO is that portion of SEO performed outside the web page, primarily on other people’s web sites. It is generally the creation or proliferation of inbound links that are themselves optimized for the page’s keyword or keyword phrase. When search engines see that many inbound links to your site also contains the keywords similar to your page, they will assume that your page is respected by other web sites dealing with the same topic (or keywords).
